In the quiet, snow-blanketed streets of Detroit, Michigan, on December 17, 2005, a male body was discovered unresponsive in a snowbank. Identified through the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System as NaMus ID UCP88627, the individual was later recognized as Jesus Miguel-Tapia.
