On January 24, 2018, the remains of an individual later identified as James Bethel were discovered in Victorville, California. Mr. Bethel passed away as a patient at the Victor Valley Global Medical Center. Unfortunately, despite efforts to trace his next of kin or any immediate relatives, Mr. Bethel's remains remain unclaimed.
