On April 17, 2018, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department-Coroner Division received a report of an unidentified deceased female, known by Namus ID UCP93956, at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. The woman, later identified as Peggy Ann Frederiksen, passed away as an inpatient under circumstances that remain largely unclear. Despite efforts to connect with known relatives or next of kin, she has yet to be claimed, leaving her case open and unresolved.
