On April 26, 2009, the Charleston County Coroner's Office was informed by East Cooper Hospital’s emergency room of the likely natural death of George Main, a 59-year-old white male. Mr. Main was brought to the emergency room by EMS after he became short of breath and unresponsive while sitting in his car at the Pier One Imports parking lot.
