Francisco Garcia Gomez, a 69-year-old divorced Hispanic male, was found deceased on December 7th, 2021, in San Marcos, California. Known to reside on a friend's property in the area, Gomez was discovered unresponsive and not breathing on the ground in front of his room. The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene following the emergency response by the local Fire Department. Despite resuscitation efforts, he was pronounced dead on site.
