On January 2, 2022, in Washington, District of Columbia, the lifeless body of a male, identified as Nelson Pena-Rosales, was discovered. Responding to an emergency call, 911 EMS personnel arrived at the scene, where the Decedent was found unresponsive on the floor of his home.
