Collins N. Mukasa was found unresponsive at his residence in Washington, District of Columbia, on January 13, 2022. Despite efforts to contact those who may have known or been related to him, no one came forward to claim his body. The details of his passing and the circumstances surrounding it remain a mystery to all who have encountered the case.
