In the early hours of January 22, 2022, the body of a 54-year-old Chinese woman named Yan Tian Liu was found in an apartment in San Diego, California. Yan Tian Liu, who was reportedly homeless, had been staying with an acquaintance at the time of her death. Her unresponsive body prompted the individual she was staying with to contact emergency services, leading to the subsequent arrival of first responders. Despite the efforts made, her death was pronounced due to postmortem changes.
