On the 6th of July, 2014, the body of a man identified as James Parker was discovered in an arroyo near the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) campus. The location where Parker was found suggests that he had likely been experiencing homelessness at the time of his death. Despite efforts to piece together his personal history, Parker remained an unclaimed person, adding an element of mystery and tragedy to his case. His identification was marked by Namus ID: UCP1421.
