In early January 2004, the body of Dwight Dickson was discovered in his residence in Vancouver, Washington. His roommate was the one who made the unfortunate discovery, finding Dwight deceased on the 8th of January, 2004. With no known next of kin or family members that could be located, Dwight became an unclaimed person, leaving behind few details about his personal life or connections.
