On May 31, 2004, the body of Paul Donald Drew was discovered and subsequently transported to the Ventura County Medical Center emergency room in Ventura, California. The circumstance of his death prompted an investigation by the local authorities to determine his identity and locate any next of kin. Despite these efforts, no family members came forward to claim him, leaving Mr. Drew’s remains unclaimed.
