On April 5, 2015, the body of Gilberto Perez Hernandez was found at the Vista Cove Care Center in Rialto, California. Despite being identified, he remains an unclaimed person. Hernandez was a resident of San Bernardino, a city located within San Bernardino County, California. Throughout the investigation, efforts have been made to locate relatives or any next of kin to take responsibility for his remains, yet such attempts have unfortunately been unsuccessful.
