On May 22, 2022, a tragedy unfolded at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in St. Peters, Missouri, involving a married couple in their nineties. Anna M. Bode Robey, a 93-year-old female, was a patient at the medical facility where she had been receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness for several days. Around 11:00 a.m., law enforcement officers were dispatched to the hospital following reports of a shooting inside one of the patient rooms at 10 Hospital Drive.
