Kimberly Adams, aged 41, tragically died on August 30, 2018, in Saint Peters, Missouri. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide involving her husband, Leslie C. Adams, aged 48. On the evening of August 30, 2018, the St. Charles County Police Department responded to a welfare check at the couple's home on Southwinds Drive.
