Amber N. Burton Stitt, aged 30, tragically lost her life on August 26, 2013, in Edinburgh, Indiana. The incident was a murder-suicide involving her estranged husband, Kevin Stitt. According to reports, Amber was walking near the intersection of Franklin and Center Cross streets when Kevin, riding a motor scooter, approached her and shot her with a .380-caliber handgun.
