Tyler D. Neely, a 21-year-old male, was killed on December 5, 2014, in Indianapolis. The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. in the 2400 block of Highland Place, on the near-north side of the city. Police responded to a call from a resident who reported finding a person down behind their home. Upon arrival, they discovered Neely had been shot to death.
