Kelly R. Baker, a 43-year-old resident of Columbus, Indiana, tragically passed away on January 26, 2017. Born on August 9, 1973, Kelly's life was cut short in a violent incident that shocked the local community. On the night of January 26, 2017, Columbus police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Lafayette Avenue following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers found Kelly R.
