Timothy Lampkins, a 29-year-old man from Marion, Indiana, was tragically shot on August 9, 2017, in Madison County, near Alexandria, Indiana. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 3:45 a.m., when Lampkins called 911 from his cell phone, reporting that he had been shot.
