Karter Ray McCutchen, a three-year-old boy from Logansport, Indiana, tragically passed away on October 25, 2018. On that fateful day, Karter was at a home in Logansport when he accidentally shot himself while playing with a gun. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m., and despite being airlifted to Riley Hospital for Children, Karter succumbed to his injuries.
