On a summer evening in Elberfeld, Indiana, a drunken argument between cousins ended in tragedy, leaving one man dead and the other facing a murder charge. The life of Joshua John Nolan, a 39-year-old male, was cut short on Sunday, July 21, 2019, after he was shot in the head. In the immediate aftermath, his cousin, 39-year-old David Dunn, dialed 911 and admitted to the shooting.
