In Greentown, Indiana, on Thursday, March 18, 2021, Aimee Autumn McCollum Romero, a 43-year-old female, died in a tragic event that was later determined to be a murder-suicide. Howard County Sheriff's deputies discovered her and her husband, 51-year-old Richard 'Chase' Romero, deceased inside their home in the 7500 block of East 300 South after responding to a welfare check around 9:30 a.m.
