Dianne Cook, aged 65, was found dead on December 27, 2022, in her home in Avon, Indiana. The tragic incident was later identified as a murder-suicide involving her ex-husband, Barri Cook, aged 61. The couple had been legally divorced since 2019 but continued to live together in the same residence.
