Judy Ann McDonald, a 24-year-old woman from Salem, Virginia, tragically lost her life on January 20, 1989. Her death was part of a violent spree carried out by Dennis Wayne Eaton, who was later executed for his crimes. According to court documents and various sources, Eaton's rampage began with the murders of Ripley Marston Sr., 68, and Walter Custer Jr., 26, in Shenandoah County, Virginia. Eaton, accompanied by his girlfriend Judy McDonald, fled the scene in Marston's car.
