Karen Kelly, aged 48, tragically passed away on July 27, 2011, in Gloucester, Virginia. Her death was the result of a violent incident in her home on Hickory Fork Road. Karen was found shot in the head, and the authorities quickly identified her neighbor, Richard Earl Witcher, as the primary suspect. Witcher, who also resided on Hickory Fork Road, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
