On February 25, 2012, 24-year-old Vladimir Sadin of Accomac, Virginia, tragically passed away. His obituary notes his birth on November 13, 1987, and his untimely death at 24 years old.
Subsequent investigations led to the arrest of Mark Smith, who was accused in connection with Sadin's death. In July 2012, Smith's defense attorney, Terry Bliss, filed a motion to withdraw from the case, citing an irreparable breakdown in the attorney-client relationship.
