Barbara Fassett, aged 65, was tragically found dead on January 7, 2013, in her home in Ettrick, Virginia. The discovery was made by a UPS driver who arrived to make a delivery and found the bodies of Barbara and her daughter, Elizabeth S. Fassett, aged 42. The incident was a shocking double homicide that left the community in mourning.
