On a Sunday night in April of 2013, the life of 30-year-old Corey Vann Mills, a male from Dinwiddie, VA, was tragically cut short. Just after 10:00 PM on April 7th, deputies from the Dinwiddie County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of shots fired in the 25000 block of Dinwiddie Avenue.
