Elijah Buck Ball IV, a 15-year-old from Ruther Glen, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2015. Elijah, known as "Buck" to his friends and family, was shot and killed outside the Caroline Family YMCA following a dispute with another teenager.
