In the quiet, affluent community of McLean, Virginia, a tragic event unfolded that left neighbors and friends in shock. On January 27, 2017, Shirley Zhou, a 48-year-old Asian female, was found deceased in her home on Windy Hill Road. The discovery was made after a family member, concerned after being unable to reach the family, peered through a window and saw a body, prompting a call to the Fairfax County Police.
