Born on July 24, 1988, in Farmville, Virginia, Helga was employed as a sales associate at a Verizon store. She is survived by her daughter, Layla Knight, her parents, Robin Frost and Larry James Allen, her brother, William Brock, and her sister, Rebecca Pratt.
