Dakota Ryan Bailey, a 20-year-old resident of Narrows, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 3, 2018. Dakota was born on August 15, 1997, in Dalton, Georgia, and was known for his love of fishing and music. He was pronounced dead at the scene following a shooting incident that also left another man, David Joseph Cecil, seriously injured.
