In the small town of Narrows, Virginia, the life of 20-year-old Dakota Ryan Bailey was cut tragically short on January 3, 2018. The young man was fatally shot during an incident that unfolded as an attempted armed robbery at a home located in the 300 block of Stockpen Mountain Road in Giles County.
