A delivery driver on their route made a grim discovery: the body of a young man lying in the street. Uriel Josaphat Espinosa Cruz, an 18-year-old from the nearby city of Fairfax, was taken into custody on March 13, 2018. He was charged with murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Following his arrest, Espinosa Cruz was held at the Adult Detention Center without bond.
