Matthew Ortega, a 17-year-old student from Centreville High School, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2018. On that morning, his body was discovered lying in the street in the 13000 block of Jeb Stuart Square in Centreville, Virginia. He had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
