In the early morning hours of November 8, 2018, the life of 26-year-old Steven Christopher Richardson was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. Police and fire officials received a call around 1:34 a.m. about an unresponsive man lying on the ground in the 600 block of Ridley Circle, the very street where Richardson lived.
