Justin Andrew Samuels, a 43-year-old resident of Amherst, Virginia, passed away on November 16, 2019. Born on April 9, 1976, in Lynchburg, Virginia, Justin was a U.S. Army veteran and a general contractor. He was well-regarded in his community and was a member of Clifford Baptist Church. His sudden death was a significant loss to his family and friends, who remembered him as someone who made friends wherever he went and was always willing to help others.
