In the summer of 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Petersburg, Virginia. Jahliel Rashaud Harris, a 21-year-old male, was killed on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. The incident that led to his untimely death took place at the Lieutenants Run Apartment complex, located off Johnson Road in the city. It was there that he was discovered deceased, having been the victim of a shooting.
