Iris Ponce Garcia, a 19-year-old resident of Reston, Virginia, was tragically found dead on September 17, 2020. The Fairfax County Police Department responded to a report of a woman lying on the ground in the area of Colts Neck Road and Glade Drive around 6:39 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Garcia suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
