William Henry Bailey, aged 72, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2020, in Lebanon, Virginia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Russell County Shopping Center. According to reports, Bailey was shot by Brenda Jane Hicks, a 65-year-old woman from Castlewood, Virginia. The two were estranged, and their encounter that morning led to a fatal confrontation.
