Javaun Wright, a 21-year-old from Waldorf, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on April 4, 2022, in Leesburg, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at an apartment located on Fort Evans Road NE. According to the Leesburg Police Department, they received a call about a "suspicious event" around 2:30 a.m. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found Wright suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
