Vivian A. Wampler, aged 53, tragically lost her life on April 10, 2022, in Norton, Virginia. The incident was a devastating double murder-suicide that also claimed the life of her mother, Elizabeth A. Sturgill, aged 81. The assailant was identified as Bryan C. Wampler, Vivian's husband, who subsequently took his own life.
