Cion Jere` Carroll, a 17-year-old from Victoria, VA, was tragically found dead on November 12, 2022, after being reported missing. His body was discovered in a shallow grave in Lunenburg County, Virginia. The investigation revealed that Carroll had been dismembered, shot, and covered with lye and a small amount of concrete mix. The gruesome nature of his death has left his family and the community in shock and mourning.
