Jamie Leigh Frazier, a 25-year-old resident of Draper, Virginia, was tragically murdered on December 14, 2022. Frazier was last seen with her boyfriend, Johnny Raymond Thomas, who was also a victim in this case. Their bodies were discovered in the New River in Pulaski County, Virginia, on January 14, 2023.
