Jamie Leigh Frazier, a 25-year-old resident of Draper, Virginia, was tragically murdered on December 14, 2022. Frazier was last seen with her boyfriend, Johnny Raymond Thomas, who was also a victim in this case. Their bodies were discovered in the New River in Pulaski County, Virginia, on January 14, 2023. The medical examiner determined that both Frazier and Thomas died from gunshot wounds, confirming the deaths as homicides.
