On an April evening in 2002, the quiet neighborhood of Dover Township, New Jersey, was shattered by a violent rampage that claimed the life of 51-year-old Dominick Galliano and four others. The gunman was identified as Edward Lutes Jr., a 42-year-old police officer and Galliano's neighbor. The tragic events stemmed from a deep-seated animosity Lutes held against Galliano following a sensitive legal matter.
