In the afternoon of January 24, 2017, a sense of unease rippled through a Hoboken, New Jersey community when police responded to a 911 call reporting possible gunshots. Inside an apartment at 300 Marshall Drive, officers discovered 18-year-old Adrian Rivera, a male resident of the home, with a gunshot wound to his torso.
