In the winter of 2018, the life of 18-year-old Angel Cruz was tragically cut short in his Jersey City home. On the evening of January 29th, police responded to reports of gunfire in the area of Rose Avenue around 9:35 p.m. Inside a residence, they discovered Cruz suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
