On a late Friday evening in Roselle, New Jersey, the life of 27-year-old Justin Claiborne was tragically cut short. On June 21, 2019, at approximately 11:10 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night at the Oak Park Apartments on Garden Drive. When Roselle Police Department patrol units arrived at the scene, they discovered Claiborne suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
