In the small borough of Elmer, New Jersey, a young mother's life was tragically cut short in what authorities have described as a murder-suicide. Shelbi Martin, a 21-year-old female, was found deceased from a gunshot wound in her apartment on Park Avenue on the night of Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
