In the late hours of a January night, what began as a drive home from work for Louis E. Ciccanti Jr. ended in a fatal encounter on Interstate 76. On January 24, 2022, the 51-year-old male was discovered deceased in his black 2004 Mercedes Benz 500 in Mount Ephraim, New Jersey.
