Charles Harbaugh, aged 22, was found dead in a remote area of southern Livingston County, Michigan, on March 12, 1973. His body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and shoulders. The estimated time of death was between 7 p.m. on March 11 and 7 a.m. on March 12, 1973.
