In the autumn of 1978, a wave of violence shattered the community of Belleville, Michigan, culminating in the tragic death of Jeanette Miron Hardesty. A 40-year-old woman, Jeanette's life was cut short on October 18th as part of a horrific shooting spree that claimed the lives of four individuals and left three others wounded in Van Buren Township.
