In the summer of 2017, the life of a talented 27-year-old female singer and account manager, Egypt Covington, was tragically cut short in her Van Buren Township, Michigan, home. On June 23, 2017, she was found by her boyfriend inside her residence on Hull Road. The scene was grim; she had been shot in the head, and her hands were bound with a string of Christmas lights.
